• Booking details you provide: name, phone number, service address, vehicle type, selected package, and any notes.
• Quote information: the vehicle, condition, and options you enter into our price calculator or AI quote tool.
• Usage & device data: pages visited, approximate location, browser type, and IP address, collected through our server logs and analytics.
• Cookies: used for site analytics (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) and to keep an admin signed in.

2. How we use it

• To prepare quotes and schedule, confirm and complete your detailing appointment.
• To contact you about your booking by phone or text.
• To add confirmed bookings to our Google Calendar (when calendar integration is enabled).
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

3. AI-assisted quotes

Our "Help me choose" quote feature sends non-identifying details (vehicle type, condition, goal) to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to recommend a package. It does not send your name, phone, or address.

4. Service providers we share with

We share limited information only with providers that help us run the service:

• Google — analytics (Tag Manager / Analytics) and Calendar (to create booking events).
• Google Gemini — to generate AI quote recommendations (no personal identifiers).
• Hosting — our website is hosted on a private server (VPS).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

Booking records are kept as long as needed to provide and account for our services. Server activity logs are automatically removed on a short rolling schedule (about 7 days).

6. Your choices & rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can also disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
