These Terms govern your use of the website, quote tools, and mobile car detailing services provided by Exclsive Detailing ("we", "us", "our"), operating in Durham Region, Ontario at exclsivedetailing.com. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide mobile car detailing: we travel to your location and perform interior and exterior detailing on your vehicle. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by text.

2. Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown on our website and quote tools are estimates based on the vehicle type, condition, and package you select.
• The final price may change based on the actual condition of the vehicle (for example heavy pet hair, deep stains, or excessive salt). We will tell you before any additional charge, never after the work is done.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

3. Booking, cancellation, and access

• You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle and a suitable place for us to work.
• Please give reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.
• We ask that you remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left inside.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise, by debit or e-transfer.

5. Website and tools

• Our website, price calculators, and AI-assisted quote features are provided for convenience and information only.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Content on this site is owned by Exclsive Detailing and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Google account connections

If you connect a Google account (for example to sync bookings to Google Calendar), you authorize us to access only the data needed to provide that feature, and only in the ways described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings, and our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

We take care with every vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions disclosed or discovered during service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date.
